Nobody built what Sithis built. Nobody could.

The leader of 3C didn’t just run a clan — he assembled a WEAPON. At the height of their power, 3C was the most feared Unit in the MAGVerse, and that didn’t happen by accident. It happened because Sithis had an eye for talent that was genuinely unmatched — the ability to identify the best operators across every faction, every playstyle, every role, and pull them into a single organization that functioned at a level the rest of the community could only watch and study. The roster he built read like a hall of fame before the hall of fame existed.

But power like that doesn’t come without friction.

The departures were real. The controversies were real. The players who left — some of them significant, some of them quietly, some of them loudly — are part of the 3C story whether anyone wants them to be or not. Leadership at that scale, with that much competitive intensity and that many strong personalities under one banner, was never going to be frictionless. Sithis led the way he led and the results were undeniable even when the methods were debated.

That’s the part that makes him one of the most interesting figures in MAG history. Not a villain. Not a hero. A builder — singular, effective, and complicated in the way that anyone who creates something genuinely unprecedented tends to be.

The deadliest unit MAG ever saw carried his name on it. That's the TRUTH.
